About Rex Bohn

To make a community better, you must be involved; and Humboldt has never had a community leader more involved than Rex Bohn.

I have always been dedicated to Humboldt and am proud of my accomplishments, both as a citizen and supervisor. I’ve been recognized for my work by organizations like The Boys and Girls Club where I was twice chosen as their Annual Honoree; and named Citizen of the Year by Boy Scouts of America and the Elks Club.

Through my volunteer work, I’ve helped raise over $12,000,000 for more than 60 community organizations including rural health, environmental conservation and schools.

As supervisor, I’ve been honored to serve on numerous state committees, advocating for our rural county needs like improving our roads and increasing our broadband capabilities.

My dedication and commitment to this job has never been questioned, and has proudly earned me the support of Sheriff Billy Honsal and the Humboldt Deputy Sheriff’s Organization. Public safety is critical to what we must accomplish for our county.

Homelessness, mental health, and our children’s needs, are making great strides with services and funding increasing dramatically, all matters I will continue pursuing.

I Love Humboldt and serving the people of the 1st District.
